Well sounds like you have had a hectic few days. Swine flu (so pleased you’re better), i wish the other girls well. Then covering 4 “Miss Duke” does calling her like that mean you’ve fallen out? Hi my sexy beautiful Rachel i’ve been missing u bad while i have been out here in Morocco it’s been very hot 45°c most days met some of the locals on the trek, it was hard going on the trek as we treked for 85km in total had a camel ride on sat eve will tell u about that when i’m back must go got an early start to get our flight back love u loads howard xxx

I just made a little faux pas now it’s the end of my world! i don’t expect to be allowed to call Rachel ever again, but i can still watch on tv and also look at the website, a small consolation. Hi Adam and Ian, I wish i could call it a holiday!! treking over 80+ km with 12 lads from the school that i work at, the dry heat made it hot and humid and the lowest temp was 39 degrees any way glad to be back had a naughty chat with our favorite sexy minx earlier just in case i nodded off from my travelling today, Rachel was very dirty as i had not spoken to Rachel for 11 days and certainly made up for it, Ian keep on smiling, Rachel has a forgiving nature so don’t give up.
